Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy for store credit, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return for a store credit. Defective item or product quality issue must be addressed within 3 days of delivery. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, no smells, perfume, pet hair or makeup stains

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are not accepted after an order is placed. Due to the nature of our business orders are sent immediately to process and we cannot modify , cancel or change the order. 

PREORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELED AFTER ORDER IS PLACED. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We must be notified within 3 days of delivery about any defect or issue to be eligible for a reship/refund and customer must provide photos. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Store credits 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return is accepted and we will issue you a store credit for the amount of purchase minus original shipping and handling fees. 
We do not offer cash refunds.
